Electric cars are slowly taking over the market. Even supercar manufacturers are now turning to electric models. The last example of this came from Lamborghini. Lamborghini has unveiled its long-awaited electric model.
Lamborghini Lanzador finally showed itself
The Italian sports car maker has finally released its new bull at Monterey Auto Week. Lanzador, Lamborghini’s first electric car, appeared as a 2+2 GT with a bold design and high driving position.
Lamborghini’s new concept model reflects the brand’s identity, while at the same time it contains clues from the future. The Lanzador concept aims to provide a unique driving experience by combining the performance of a super sports car with versatility.
Although Lamborghini has not shared technical details for its new electric model, it does not neglect to give us some tips. In its statement, the company states that there will be electric motors that can produce power from 1,000 kW (1360 horsepower) on both axles. This means that we will see a more powerful model with more than 2,000 horsepower.
The model, which has a four-wheel drive system, will power the wheels according to the driver’s needs in corners and performance driving conditions. It is also stated that the new model will offer a superior range with a new battery technology.
The interior of the vehicle, which looks like it came out of science fiction movies, suits this futuristic car quite well. In the car, which has a two-screen layout, we see that the second screen is positioned exactly in front of the passenger seat. This second screen, where the infotainment system can be managed, comes into play when needed.
Lamborghini Lanzador EV, which comes out with the concept model, is waiting to hit the roads in 2028. Lamborghini will electrify its entire product line by the end of 2024, including the Huracan PHEV and Urus PHEV. So what do you think about Lamborghini and the new electric Lanzador model?
