As Blizzard announced during IGN Fan Fest, Diablo IV fans will have the chance to play the upcoming game before its June 6 release date. As Blizzard did during the development of Diablo II: Resurrected, it will hold an early access weekend before giving everyone a chance to see the new game. The early access weekend will run from March 17 to March 19 and will only be available to those who pre-order Diablo IV. The open beta process will start on March 24 and will be open to everyone.

Previews will be available on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Both early access options will provide access to the same amount of content. So, you will have the chance to play the introductory part and the first part (Act I) of the game.
Blizzard says it will share more information about the Diablo IV open beta during a livestream scheduled for February 28.
