Hogwarts Legacy, an open-world RPG adventure set in the wizarding world, debuted on February 10 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S and was widely acclaimed. Interestingly, however, there is no DLC plan for the game.Alan Tew said at IGN Fan Fest, “We’ve put a lot of effort into bringing Hogwarts Legacy to life. There are currently no plans for DLC.” said.
This statement does not mean that the game will never receive DLC. Given the game’s enormous commercial success, DLC, or at least an update, will come in the future. Fans agree that DLC is coming or it could receive an update that brings Quidditch into the game. On the gameplay side, the controls are expected to be slightly improved. We will see over time whether new characters will be added to the huge open world that will bring new quests and adventures.
Hogwarts Legacy is currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S consoles and PC. It’s expected to launch on PS4 and Xbox One on April 4, 2023, and Nintendo Switch on July 25, 2023.
