Although the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE entered the market with a delay, it was highly appreciated. However, it seems that there are a number of complaints about the smartphone. Reports from users reveal that there is a problem with the screen refresh rate on the device.
Galaxy S21 FE is equipped with a 6.4-inch display with a maximum refresh rate of 120Hz. The panel on the smartphone does not support adaptive refresh rate. So only 60 Hz and 120 Hz frequencies are available. But the screen refresh rate sometimes seems to drop below 60 Hz.
Software problem is suspected
Smartphone owners say that there is a noticeable slowdown and delay in the interface. So there seems to be a software issue that can be fixed with an update. The workaround for now is to turn the screen off and then back on.
The South Korean company has not yet made an official statement on the subject. For now, it is unclear when the issue will be fixed. Samsung also had a screen problem on the Galaxy S20 FE, but then the problem was with the sensor. This time it is thought that there is no hardware problem.
