Technology giant Google competes with Pixel series phones in the smartphone market. The company, which produces mid-upper segment devices relatively to the flagship devices, will launch the Pixel 7 series with ambitious features in the coming months.

In the past weeks, while the company held the highly anticipated I/O 2022 event, it also introduced the new Pixel 6a smartphone at this event. However, at the event, Google also showed the next Pixel 7 model. However, it is worth noting that the Pixel 7 was not introduced.

Pixel 7 series features become clear

Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which will be released by Google towards the end of the year, came up with new leaks revealing the screen features. In the codes discovered in the Android Open Source Project (AOSP), two display drivers named C10 and P10 and these are Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. So how will the screen features of the Pixel 7 series be?

According to leaked information, Google will keep the Pixel 7 series on the screen side as it was in the previous model. While Pixel 6 comes with a screen with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz, it turns out that Pixel 7 will come with the same screen.

On the other hand, the same is true for the Pro model. Google will use the same screen as Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 7 Pro will include a 1440 x 3120 pixel resolution screen that supports 120 Hz refresh rate.

The screen features of the Pixel 7 series have been on the agenda before. In the leaks at that time, it was claimed that the Pixel 7 would come with an 8-inch screen and the Pixel 7 Pro with an 8.5-inch screen. Now, the screen details of the devices have emerged with all their nakedness.
