Apple introduced the new iPhone family at its event recently. The iPhone 14 Geekbench score has been leaked before it goes on sale yet.
Introducing the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models, the company included the A15 Bionic processor in its entry-level models. The A15 Bionic, which is also used in the iPhone 13 series, exceeds expectations in terms of performance.
iPhone 14 Geekbench score revealed
Produced with 5 nm technology, A15 Bionic consists of 15 billion transistors. In addition, the processor has 2 performance and 4 efficiency cores. iPhone 14 and 14 Plus models also include 5G connectivity and WiFi 6 technologies.
The image signal processor developed with the 16-core Neural Engine is one of the most striking features of the A15 Bionic processor. Apple used 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM in the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus models. On the storage side, there are 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB options with NVMe technology.
The single-core score of the iPhone 14 is 1,879, and the multi-core score is 4,664 points. It is worth remembering that the tests with the Geekbench 5 application were carried out on the iOS 16.0 operating system, which is still in development.
The iPhone 13 model, on the other hand, received a Geekbench 5 single-core score of 1,739 and a multi-core score of 4,702. The iPhone 13 managed to outperform the iPhone 14 in the multi-core performance score.
