DH iOS application, which offers an ad-free and fast experience to its users, lives a historical day. The night mode feature, which tens of thousands of our users have been waiting for a long time, was finally made available today with version 2.0. You can download the new version right now from the App Store and enjoy experiencing DH again.

Yep, it’s a little late (and power): Night Mode
The biggest innovation that the 2.0 version will offer to our users will of course be the night mode. Unfortunately, the night mode feature has been delayed a lot due to many background problems. However, as the iOS team, we are very pleased with the resulting product. We think you, our users, will also enjoy the new DH iOS experience.
You can activate the night mode from the Application Themes section in the side menu. We also recommend the automatic theme switching feature right below. When you activate this feature, the application theme adapts to the theme of your device, so you do not need to change the theme separately.
9 pages rewritten
Along with the night mode, we continued to make significant improvements in other parts of our application. Popular Topics, Popular Forums, Featured, From Your Favorite Forums, News View, History, Application Settings and Notification Settings pages have been rewritten from the ground up with brand new designs and new features. The background of our profile page has also been completely renewed. All these pages now work much faster.
Optimizations and bug fixes…
We made dozens of optimizations and bug fixes in the application in line with the demands of our iOS users. With the improvements we made in the background, especially in version 2.0, the application now offers a much more reliable and faster experience.
Of course, as with any major software business, the problems will never end in the DH application. On this side, the feedback of our users is very important to us.
