Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold models are the first to come to mind when it comes to foldable phones today. Unlike the Fold, the Z Flip model folds vertically. The vertically folding phone design, which we encountered years ago on models such as the Motorola Razr, was quite expensive at that time. While Samsung continues this design approach, eyes are on the new model: Galaxy Z Flip 4.
In some reports that emerged in the past months, it was stated that the new model will have the same battery capacity as the old one. However, the report by GalaxyClub claims that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will have a slightly larger battery. You will understand why we use a little bit when you hear the value.
Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be annoying about the battery
Samsung’s new foldable phone Z Flip 4, which has the model number SM-F721, has the model codes EB-BF721ABY and EB-BF722ABY. It is stated that it will host two batteries. It turns out that the total capacity of the phone, which we examined the details of the batteries, will be at the level of 3400 mAh.
The Z Flip 3 model, which has been on the market since August 2021, has a 3300 mAh battery. In other words, there will only be a battery difference of around 100 mAh between the two devices, and whether it can be called an improvement is a separate discussion.
Galaxy Z Flip 4 is still a few months away from being introduced, but we are sure that many more details will be revealed as the launch event approaches.
