Huawei introduced the HarmonyOS operating system to minimize its reliance on the USA. Continuing its efforts to expand its application store, the company started to increase its diversity with new games and software day by day. Finally, Huawei brought PUBG Mobile to AppGallery after a long wait.
PUBG Mobile released for Huawei AppGallery
Huawei is launching its smartphones with Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) without Google support. For this reason, the company, which works to develop its own ecosystem, is also expanding its HarmonyOS app store AppGallery day by day.
The last production added to AppGallery was PUBG Mobile with Battle Royale concept. While the game’s HMS integration was completed in January, it was expected to come with in-app purchases and other services. However, due to various problems, its arrival has been delayed until today.
PUBG Mobile is currently available for download on AppGallery. In other words, the game played with APK on Huawei smartphones until now can now be experienced in a stable and official way.
PUBG Mobile has not lost its popularity since 2018. According to Sensor Tower, one of the most important analysis tools in the mobile industry, it was the second highest grossing mobile game in March with 199.8 million dollars. While China was the country that spent the most money on production with 56.4 percent, the USA took the title of the second country with 9.5 percent.
