Changpeng Zhao, nicknamed CZ, the founder and CEO of Binance, the world’s largest crypto asset trading platform, made a warning on his official Twitter account today. CZ stated that it is a major phishing scam targeting users of the platform and carried out via SMS, and that they should never click on the link sent. The CEO said in his tweet:
“There is a massive phishing scam that takes place via an SMS with a link to cancel withdrawals. It redirects you to a website to obtain your credentials, as in the screenshot below.
NEVER click on links from SMS!
