CZ Welcomes Musk’s Twitter Acquisition
Changpeng Zhao (CZ), CEO of Binance, the world’s largest exchange by trading volume, said that with Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, he wanted to help Musk move his media platform to Web3.
Speaking to CNBC’s Squawk Box on October 31, CZ stated that there are many reasons to support the deal, in which Binance invested $500 million in Musk’s acquisition of Twitter.
During the interview, the CEO of Binance emphasized that Twitter is a global free speech platform with strong entrepreneurship in his reasons for supporting the deal. In addition, he added that he uses Twitter very heavily.
