CryptoCom has received regulatory approval from Spain after extensive compliance processes.

On the agenda of the ongoing conflicts of crypto money exchanges with the regulators, new moves made by several exchanges became the agenda. While Binance is expanding to Kazakhstan, Coinbase is also docking in Europe. CryptoCom, on the other hand, was registered in Spain as a virtual asset service provider. The exchange has received regulatory approval from Spain.

CryptoCom Approved in Spain

CryptoCom registered with the Bank of Spain as part of its regulatory and compliance processes. The exchange is licensed as a virtual asset service provider (VASP) in Spain.

This registration in Spain covers CryptoCom’s various compliance processes in the country. The stock market, which is inspected especially for money laundering and financial crimes, passed the detailed examination and obtained its license. With this license, the exchange will be able to offer products and services to crypto customers in Spain.

The Bank of Spain opened its registry for crypto service providers in 2021. Platforms such as Binance, Bitstamp and banking institution BVNK have registered in Spain. CryptoCom has become another crypto service provider registered in Spain.

Although crypto exchanges are struggling with pressure on the US side, they are going through harmonious processes in the rest of the world. Many exchanges continue to expand their operations, particularly in Europe and Asia.
