Kazakhstan-based cryptocurrency exchange Intebix opened its doors to Russian investors without any sanctions.
Due to the long-running Russia-Ukraine war, European sanctions against Russia continue. In particular, sanctions on cryptocurrencies have cornered Russian investors. Russian investors, who were banned from most exchanges, began to look for new solutions. Due to the war, those who want to use their current savings in crypto continue to turn to the crypto market.
Intebix to Provide Crypto Investment Service to Russians
Russians who want to continue their crypto investments amid sanctions and bans are looking for new ways. Kazakhstan-based crypto exchange Intebix expressed that it would be happy to serve Russians.
Especially after the declaration of mobilization, Russian citizens began to settle in other countries. Kazakhstan, one of these countries, opened its doors to approximately 600 thousand Russian citizens. It was noteworthy that Russians who settled in the country turned to cryptocurrencies to evaluate their savings.
Intebix will allow all Russians who comply with sanctions and regulations to invest in crypto. However, the exchange asks Russians to use a local debit card.
Intebix CEO Talgat Dossanov stated that they will serve the Russians who come to the country, but they will also comply with the legal regulations. He informed that foreign investors, who were welcomed, should issue debit cards from local banks.
