Cristiano Ronaldo was sued for his campaign with Binance

A class action lawsuit was filed against Ronaldo in the USA. The plaintiffs alleged that Ronaldo victimized investors through NFT collections as a result of his campaign with Binance.
Ronaldo has 613 million followers on Instagram and 110 million followers on the X platform. Addressing a large audience, Ronaldo introduced Binance NFTs under the name of collaboration.
The lawsuit alleges that Ronaldo promoted Binance on social media using the power of more than half a billion followers on his platforms.
In the complaint filed with the US District Court of Florida, it was stated that Ronaldo was successful in the campaign and the demand for NFTs increased by 500 percent.
“Ronaldo’s promotions encouraged or assisted Binance to encourage investors to invest in unregistered securities by encouraging millions of his followers, fans, and supporters to invest in the Binance platform,” the suit reads. It was said.
