Old sci-fi movies generally focused on flying cars. There was a widespread belief at that time. Cars would begin to fly, humans would officially experience the space age. Of course, that didn’t happen. Today, work on flying cars continues, but they are not actively used.
This inspired an indie developer named Cassius John-Adams. This developer, who started working on a special version of “Crazy Taxi”, which was among the very popular games in the 2000s, managed to create the flying car version of Crazy Taxi in the game “MiLE HiGH TAXi”.
When it wasn’t real, it became a game project!
The independent developer explains about his project as follows: As a kid, I learned something important about the future from science fiction movies. By 2000 there would be flying cars. However, they were wrong. That’s why I made the flying car version of Crazy Taxi!
The “flying car” idea that Cassius John-Adams took to the ti may actually still be alive today. You know; With the idea of going to space and establishing a colony, superheroes are now the subject of science-fiction movies. Perhaps the editors who will replace us after 20 years will write that such ideas were voiced in the 2020s, but turned into a game when they were not true…
