Founded by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei in 2020, Nothing officially entered the smartphone market last year with the Nothing Phone (1). Work has also begun on the continuation model of the device, which managed to receive positive feedback from users and achieved significant sales figures. Finally, the technical specifications and price details for the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) have been shared.
What will the Nothing Phone (2) features and price be like?
Two different Nothing Phone (2) storage options and prices were revealed through a media outlet in France. The first option will likely come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and will cost 729 euros. This corresponds to a nearly double increase compared to its predecessor’s starting tag of 469 euros. The more powerful 12GB/512GB version will be priced at 849 euros.
Allegedly, the fact that the Nothing Phone (2) has increased significantly in prices is that the company has equipped the smartphone with technical features that cannot be compared with the previous model. The smartphone will feature an AMOLED panel with 120 Hz FHD+ resolution. At the same time, the fingerprint reader, which is determined as a security method, will be positioned under the screen.
On the processor seat is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
