Researchers from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark found that when the components in milk and coffee combine, they positively affect the body. And it’s not just coffee, either.

Many foods, including tea, fruits and vegetables, red wine and beer, also interact with milk and cause positive effects on the body.

The biggest impact is on the immune system.

First, let’s look at the components found in many other foods/drinks, along with milk and coffee. Polyphenols are found in coffee, tea, fruits and vegetables. When these polyphenols combine with the amino acid found in milk, the body becomes twice as resistant to inflammation.

Inflammation, also known as inflammation, is the body’s response to external infections. It increases the body’s resistance. However, if inflammation is not properly controlled, it can lead to diseases such as type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

In their next study, the researchers also proved how these components in milk and coffee combine.
