It has been revealed that the US-based technology giant Microsoft is working on a new program for the Windows ecosystem. Fully compatible with Windows 10 (version 1809) and higher operating systems, this application is offered free of charge and provides software maintenance to Windows-based computers. Let’s take a closer look at this application called “PC Manager”.
PC Manager, which is a very new application, is currently available to users as part of the open beta version. When we download the application and open it on a computer running Windows 11, we see that this application works just like the old computer maintenance program CCleaner.
PC Manager cleans the computer and checks the system security
Microsoft’s PC Manager software has two basic categories, “Cleaning” and “Security”. When we look at the Cleaning section of these main categories, we see the option to delete the files that take up space on the computer, the option to free up RAM, and the open applications that we see in the Task Manager. In the Security section, there is a section that checks for updates to Windows Update and a second section where you can adjust the internet browser.
Microsoft has not made any statements regarding its CCleaner-like application. On the other hand; When we reach the site where PC Manager is served, we see Chinese information about the software and screenshots. It is unknown why Microsoft did such a thing.
