With the recently postponed Xiaomi event, the technical features of some surprise models have emerged. The features of the Xiaomi Host Mini model, which is expected to rival Mac Mini and Intel Nuc models, have been leaked.
Xiaomi Host Mini features revealed
Having been in the notebook market for a long time with the Mi Notebook series, it has completed its preparations to enter the desktop computer market. Xiaomi will present users with two different devices with a design similar to both the Mini-ITX and the Mac Mini.
It is among the leaked information that the first model will come with a system based on a Mini-ITX motherboard. The device, which will be released with dual-slot special graphics cards, has a 100W power supply. The mechanical key on the back of the case is estimated to be a functional accessory to be sold externally by Xiaomi.
The model, which will be introduced as a competitor to the Mac Mini, will use the AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor. The processor, which has an AMD Socket FP7 socket structure, is produced with 6 nm technology. The AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, which comes with 8 cores and 16 threads, has a clock speed of 3.2GHz. It is also worth noting that the processor has a power consumption of 45W.
Due to device dimensions, Xiaomi will use an integrated Radeon 680M RDNA2 iGPU in its new model. Radeon 680M, which has 768 Shaders, can reach 2.4GHz clock speed. The Radeon 680M also exceeds expectations in terms of performance with its 3.68 TFLOPs of processing power.
The price tag of the device, which is stated to be introduced with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD, is stated as 570 dollars. It is not yet known whether the models to be introduced will be offered with different configurations.
