The world’s most popular online photo and video sharing platform Instagram seems to be working on some new features. One of the features discovered by Alessandro Paluzzi, who is known for reverse engineering mobile applications of social media platforms, seems to attract the reaction of users.
As it is known, Instagram is the sister company of Facebook, now known as Meta. Developers made dozens of arrangements to bring Instagram, Facebook and Messenger together in previous periods. The discovery made by Alessandro Paluzzi seems to be one of the latest examples of this. Because it seems that if a post shared on Facebook is also shared on Instagram, the comments made on Facebook will also appear under the post on Instagram. Moreover, it will be shown to users that the comment in question was made from Facebook.
This is what the new feature coming to Instagram looks like
In a content we shared with you a while ago, we mentioned that Instagram is working on a feature that will warn users after a certain period of time. Alessandro Paluzzi has also made a discovery about this feature. The screenshots obtained reveal that the feature in question can be activated and customized by users.
Screenshots shared by Alessandro Paluzzi reveal that a new section will be added to the page called “Movements”. The user who wants to receive the “Take a break” warning will be able to benefit from the said feature after adjusting and activating this section according to himself. However, this feature does not seem very functional. Because it is a choice to turn off the incoming notification and continue using Instagram. Moreover, an unwilling user will be able to turn this feature off completely.
