The number of daily active users on Coinbase’s tier-2 blockchain has exceeded 100,000, just one day after the network’s official launch.

Coinbase’s new network, Base, surprises with its record data, despite its recent launch. Base, a Tier-2 network, surpassed 100,000 active users just one day after its official launch, reaching 136,000. According to data released by popular analytics platform Dune Analytis, more than 136,000 users are active daily. This value is recorded as the highest data in Base, albeit for now.

Base drew attention with its data in a short time

Base was first released in beta on February 23. As soon as the network was announced, many users speculated that Coinbase could help add more users to its Web3 protocols. Base launched its mainnet release on July 13. However, the team warned that it is not ready for users yet.

In a post published Aug. 10, data platform CryptoRank stated that Base ranks 4th after zkSync Era, Arbitrum and Optimism in day-to-day transactions in layer-2 solutions. The Coinbase network, which closed in the fourth place in such a short time and exceeded 136,000 active users, continues to surprise with its data.
