Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has hired an executive from Solarisbank as part of its European expansion.
Coinbase has added a new one to its global service development and adoption efforts. The exchange, which has taken strong steps such as the partnership with Google, the Singapore license, and expansions in the Austrian and Dutch sides, will focus more on the European side.
Coinbase Appoints Solarisbank Executive to Europe
Popular cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has acquired the chief operating officer of fintech platform Solarisbank. The new member of the exchange, Daniel Seifert, will offer his services within the scope of the European regional general directorate.
Nana Murugesan, the manager of the stock market’s business development services, made speeches on the subject. Murugesan stated that this recruitment is entirely aimed at European enlargement. Murugesan, who is interested in international studies, stated that they want to grow on a global scale.
Seifert will step down from his role as COO at Berlin-based company Solarisbank. After three years of executive tenure, he will head the exchange’s European operations.
In addition, Murugesan mentioned the license they obtained in the Netherlands in September and the license they obtained in Italy in July. The manager stated that his next targets are France and Spain.
