According to this post, Nvidia canceled the RTX 4090 Ti graphics card, which it developed with the AD102 unit, which is the high-end “Ada” chip. The AD102 unit would undoubtedly allow Nvidia to achieve higher core counts and higher clock speeds, but it seems that the company gave up on this plan.

New variants on the way for RTX 4060 and RTX 4070
Kopite7kimi shared another leak on the same post. Allegedly, Nvidia is working on new RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 cards powered by low-end AD103 and AD106 chips. As you know, the RTX 4070 series uses the AD104 unit, the RTX 4060 Ti models use the AD106 unit, and the RTX 4060 uses the AD107 unit. With the AD103 unit, Nvidia can significantly increase the number of cores and memory capacity in the RTX 4070 series.
