The YouTube channel Max Tech has revealed the single-core and multi-core scores of the A17 Bionic prototype, which includes the first performance benchmarks. The A17 Bionic, which will be used in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, achieved scores of 3.986 and 8.841 in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
Based on the scores mentioned above, the A17 Bionic prototype is 43% faster than the A16 Bionic and 59% faster in the single-core test. Also, previous reports had revealed that the A17 Bionic chip will include a 6-core CPU, two of which will be performance cores and four will be dedicated to battery efficiency.
