Two citizens, Hatice Nur Karabulut and Mazlum Sözeri, who went to a steep land in Adana for a selfie, fell from the rocks. While Karabulut died at the scene, Sözeri’s treatment at the hospital continues.
In the incident that took place near the Varda Bridge in Adana’s Karaisalı district, the duo, who came too close to the edge of the cliff, slipped and fell from a height of 50 meters as a result of a momentary loss of balance. Upon the notification of the people around, law enforcement, especially AFAD, and the fire brigade were sent to the scene. As a result of the studies, it was stated that there was nothing that could be done for Hatice Nur Karabulut.
Gendarmerie launched an investigation
According to the statements given by the citizens who were in the region at the time of the incident, there was no intent in the incident. However, the gendarmerie teams doing their job launched an investigation into the incident.
By the way; Let’s say that Mazlum Sözeri’s health is improving. Hatice Nur Karabulut will be buried after the autopsy studies are completed.
