It is stated that the problem covers a total of 18 processors from the Intel Core 12500, 12600, 12700 and 12900 series. The problem is caused by the UHD 770 integrated graphics unit in these processors.

Due to the incompatibility of the graphics unit, there are problems such as slowing down mouse movements on the browser and responding to responses with 2 second delays. Intel released a list to fix the issues:

  • Update browsers to latest version
  • Install windows updates
  • Install Intel graphics drivers from scratch
  • Switch from HDD drive to SSD drive for scanner
  • Turn off hardware acceleration from the Settings-System menu.
