After being in beta channels for about 1 month, Chrome 100 has been released with a stable version for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. Chrome, which was first introduced in 2008, reached its 100th version in 14 years. The new version also brought the new logo.
Three-digit version numbers arrived
Google’s Chrome browser has reached three-digit version numbers. Chrome 100, apart from offering some innovations, also renewed the logo. The browser last changed its logo in 2014. The new logo, which will be used with the new version, is similar to the logos used by Google in other services.

Chrome With 100, Google did not bring many new features, but announced that 28 vulnerabilities were fixed. In addition, one of the two privacy and security-related features is the ‘Check now’ option in the Privacy and Security settings to check that the browser and passwords are safe, while the second feature is Advanced protection for malware and phishing protection.
