Robinhood announced that Chainlink (LINK) is listed.
Chainlink (LINK) is listed on popular app Robinhood. The publicly traded company officially confirmed the listing after it started appearing on the cryptocurrency website. According to data provided by CoinMarketCap, the price of the LINK token has soared more than 4% in response to the listing.
As previously reported, Robinhood has added support for Shiba Inu (SHIB), Solana (SOL), Polygon (MATIC), and Compound (COMP). Prior to that, the company’s key executives had touted the trade app’s conservative listing policy. The popular meme coin Dogecoin was also made available on the platform in 2018 along with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a few other major altcoins.
Cryptocurrency giant FTX has stated that it is considering buying Robinhood, according to a Bloomberg report published on Monday. But the stock market, run by billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried, quickly denied these rumors.
