No COVID-19, no Omicron, no Delta, we still haven’t been able to get rid of the coronavirus disease worldwide. Of course, we all know that the most effective way to protect from coronavirus is to have our vaccines and to pay attention to cleaning / distance rules, but it seems that this is not the only way to be completely protected from coronavirus.
In a study conducted by the health departments of the universities of Puerto Vallarta, Centro Universitario de la Costa and Universidad de Guadalajara in Mexico, it was learned that people’s eating habits increase their body resistance against the COVID-19 virus.
Frequent consumption of certain foods seems to have helped alleviate COVID-19:
In the studies, 236 patients, 103 of whom tested positive for SARS-CoV2 infection, were subjected to the trial and were given specific eating schedules with them during the three-month period before testing. According to the results of the studies conducted three months later, it was observed that individuals who frequently consume legumes, grains, cereal foods and bread have a milder COVID-19.
The scientists who conducted the research stated that the diet has a significant effect on many diseases, so the result is not surprising. At the same time, it was stated that especially contact people can apply a diet consisting of these nutrients. Of course, this does not mean that if you frequently consume pulses and grain products, you can be protected from coronavirus, but still get your vaccine and take your precautions.
