Italian company Pininfarina, one of the most popular design companies in the automobile world, has done a special study for the US-based technology company Apple. This study revealed special phone cases designed for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro. Collaborating with a company called Inkar for the production of cases, Pininfarina has really accomplished a remarkable job.

Pininfarina’s iPhone cases are based on the design of the Ferrari 512 S Modulo Concept, designed by the company 50 years ago. The Ferrari 512 S Modulo Concept design, which was awarded many awards at that time, will continue to exist ‘as a case’ on only 99 iPhones from now on. It was not disclosed how many of the 99 cases to be produced are for the iPhone 13 Pro and how many are for the iPhone 14 Pro.

Introducing Pininfarina’s iPhone cases!

iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro cases designed by Pininfarina have fully customizable structures. In this context; There will be five different color options, two different leather types for the lens section, and wood, carbon fiber or aluminum surfaces for the case. In this way, none of the 99 cases that will be produced will be similar to the other.

5 of the 99 cases will have a fixed design. You can see this design in the photo above. Pininfarina has directly identified these 5 covers with the Ferrari 512 S Modulo Concept. The red lines in the middle of the case are exactly the same as the lines of the iconic car. Pininfarina states that the cases will have special serial numbers.

This is what the Ferrari 512 S Modulo Concept looked like:

Only one Ferrari 512 S Modulo Concept was produced in 1970. Having an interesting design, the supercar drew attention with its hidden and glass-weighted structure, with all its wheels hidden. Moreover, this concept car was very fast. Pininfarina had placed 24 holes in the engine cover for the V12 engine, which allowed the vehicle to reach a speed of 354 km / h. Those holes will also appear on iPhone cases.

According to the statement, special cases will be released on December 1st. Its price remains a mystery for now.
