The Vasil hard fork upgrade that Cardano users have been waiting for a long time has been completed.
The Vasil upgrade was originally supposed to go live on the mainnet in early June, but has been delayed several times due to technical difficulties. The road was halfway through the Vasil hard fork update recently, and Charles Hoskinson stated that it was in the final testing stages and said that he did not expect any more delays to users. And the highly anticipated Vasil hard fork upgrade took place on the appointed date.
Cardano Vasil Hard Fork Upgrade Happened
The Cardano Vasil upgrade went live at 21:44 UTC on Thursday, bringing significant performance and capability improvements to the blockchain network.
Input Output announced that the upgrade was successful, in a post on Twitter that they were happy with their cooperation.

The Cardano Vasil hard fork aims to make the network much more scalable and improve the developer experience for Web3 developers to build decentralized applications (dApps) on Cardano.
This upgrade includes improvements to Plutus, Cardano’s smart contract platform. The changes aim to enable developers to design more powerful and efficient blockchain-based applications.
