The Xiaomi 12 family continues to appear with new details as the launch date approaches. The company has announced the camera sensors to be used in Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro models.
The Xiaomi 12 model, whose price information was leaked yesterday, will be presented to users with very ambitious features. The Xiaomi 12 series, which is expected to exceed expectations in terms of both the screen and the camera, will be introduced with the event to be held next week.
Sony camera sensor will be used in Xiaomi 12 series
Xiaomi 12 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor produced by Qualcomm. 1 x 3.09GHz Cortex-X2, 2 x 2.50GHz and 4 x 1.79GHz cores will be used in the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor. The processor, which will be produced with 4nm technology, as in the Dimensity 9000 model, will appear with Adreno 730 graphics interface.
The company will use Sony IMX766 sensor in the Xiaomi 12 model. 50 Megapixel f/1 in Xiaomi 12. Main camera with 9 aperture, 13 Megapixel f/2. There will be an ultra-wide-angle camera with 4 apertures and a telephoto lens.
Sony IMX707 sensor will be used in Xiaomi 12 Pro. The leaked model, which will have a quad camera array, will include a depth-sensing sensor in addition to the Xiaomi 12 model.
The camera sensors of both models are considerably larger than the iPhone 13 series. The devices, which are expected to surpass their competitors in low-light performance, will exceed the expectations of the camera.
The Xiaomi 12 model will use a 4,500 mAh battery with 67W fast charging and 30W wireless charging support. The company will introduce the Xiaomi 12 series at the event it will hold on December 28 at 14.30 (CET).
