Xiaomi, which is preparing to launch new flagship models soon, on the other hand, does not neglect its subsidiary brands. The Chinese manufacturer continues to work on the successor of the Redmi K50 family, which it introduced earlier this year, at full speed. In this context, the Redmi K60 series will be presented to users in the coming hours. One of the models that stand out in this context is the Redmi K60 Pro. Finally, the camera features of the smartphone have appeared.
What will the Redmi K60 Pro offer users on the camera side?
Xiaomi will present the Redmi K60 series, which has not been on the agenda with leaks for a long time, to users on December 27, tomorrow. A new poster shared before the event reveals the key camera features of the high-end model of the series, the Redmi K60 Pro.
The smartphone is equipped with Sony IMX800 primary camera that comes with OIS support. At the same time, this sensor appeared on the Xiaomi 13 model, which was recently showcased. The company confirmed that the Redmi K60 Pro is also equipped with Xiaomi Imaging Brain 2.0 technology, which helps with various optimizations such as optics, color, computing flow and scene optimization. It also helps speed up the process of starting the camera, focusing, snapshots, and image preview.
The Redmi K60 Pro has been confirmed to have an OLED panel that supports Quad HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 12-bit color, 526 ppi pixel density and up to 1400 nits brightness. It will come pre-loaded with Android 13 based on MIUI 14. It is also highly likely that the device will have an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone will feature the recently introduced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. On the other hand, 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.0 storage will be available to users. Finally, it will be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W wired charging and 30W wireless charging.
