Google, which was in trouble with the Pixel brand until 2020, managed to gain popularity again with Pixel 5 and Pixel 6 devices. New information about Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, which Google talked about last month, continues to come. The Pixel series, which is assertive in software-supported photography, can become even stronger with new models.
Pixel 7 may have front camera with 4K support
Google Camera, one of the special powers of Pixel devices, was recently updated to version 8.5. 9to5Google has reached new information in APK files with the update of Google Camera. The new update of Google Camera contains code sales about Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel tablet.
According to 9to5Google, the standard Pixel 7 will have 4K video support with the front camera. While Google included an 8 MP front camera on the Pixel 6, it included a 11.1 MP front camera on the Pixel 6 Pro. Also, only the Pixel 6 Pro could shoot 4K video with the front camera. Apparently, Google will bring 4K video shooting with the front camera to the standard model of Pixel 7. Google, which does not like to use different hardware between its models, will most likely use the same front camera on Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.
Pixel tablet will not attract attention with its camera
Google also announced the Pixel tablet at its developer conference. Although we do not have much information about the Pixel tablet, which is expected to be released in 2023, the new update of Google Camera reveals some of the features of the Pixel tablet. The Pixel tablet will only have a single rear camera, and this camera will not be able to shoot 4K 60fps video. It is not clear for now whether the device will be able to shoot 4K 30fps video. It is also stated that the Pixel tablet will not have features such as Audio Zoom and Slow Motion Video.
