It was a matter of great curiosity what the new game of Call of Duty, the now legendary game series of Activision, would be. Recent claims showed that the company would go out of the ordinary and release Modern Warfare 3 instead of a different game this year. The official statement that came today confirmed these claims.

Activision has officially announced that the new Call of Duty game will be Modern Warfare 3. The company released a promotional trailer and shared the logo and release date of the game developed by Sledgehammer Games.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will be released on November 10

According to the shared promotion, Modern Warfare 3, which will be the sequel to Modern Warfare 2 released in 2022, will be released on November 10, 2023. While the trailer gives us a small look at Captain Price, it also shows us Vladimir Makarov, who will be the villain of the game.

It was confirmed at the end of last year’s game that Makarov, the main villain of the original Modern Warfare trilogy, which was released between 2007 and 2011, will appear again. Today’s teaser also showed that the iconic character will again be the main focus of the story.

In addition, we can say that other popular characters such as Soap will continue to appear in the series.
