Crypto wallet MetaMask has made major fixes to user privacy in its latest update. MetaMask users previously found their crypto wallets connected.
MetaMask Fixes Crypto Wallet Linking Issue
When MetaMask users previously connected to crypto applications, they could find all their accounts connected, even if they wanted to keep their accounts separate. Updated to now keep accounts separate when connecting to apps and even keep those links in separate browser tabs. The company made an announcement about this on its blog.

The update also limits the amount of data sent to third-party services used to run the wallet extension. In this way, it is aimed to protect the privacy of users.
The company’s blog post stated that when someone sets up a wallet, they can choose any RPC provider instead of using Infura automatically. In addition, it is possible for users not to use Infura.
