UK-based luxury department store chain Harvey Nichols launched an NFT space called “HN NFT Vault” yesterday at its branch in Pacific Place mall in Hong Kong.

Harvey Nichols, founded in London in 1831, announced yesterday that it is the first luxury store to showcase and retail NFTs.

From Harvey Nichols, NFT Domain Named “HN NFT Vault”

HN NFT Vault, CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, CloneX x Takashi It hosts various NFT projects including Murakami, Azuki and Doodles.

Most NFTs in the collection can be purchased with cryptocurrencies and credit cards. The store promises a “non-stop buying journey”. Prices range from Hong Kong dollars 5,000 (currently $637) up to HK one million ($127,000).

NFTs on display can also be purchased with a “cold wallet” where the NFT can be safely stored.

Harvey Nichols’ press release included the following statements;

“With the new NFT domain, Harvey Nichols aims to make NFTs more accessible to a wider audience by introducing a series of successful NFTs.”

Harvey Nichols also encourages existing NFT owners to showcase and sell their NFTs through the HN NFT Vault. Still, the store says only “reputable projects” will be selected.
