Apple’s retail stores raided
Ignoring this penalty, Apple was later fined another $19 million by Brazil. The Brazilian Ministry of Justice wants to put an end to this unruly behavior of Apple.
It was announced that the iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 models were detained in the relevant operation, which is thought to be carried out by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Agency (PROCON) in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.
This request is a temporary legal protection, but Brazil, however, justified itself and preferred to confiscate iPhone models. It’s getting harder and harder for Apple to make money from this country. Apple and Brazil’s eyes are on the expected final decision.
