Yuga Labs, the creator of the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection, which has done a lot of work recently, continues to announce its new projects after launching its own crypto currency, ApeCoin.
Yuga Labs has released the promotional trailer of its new project called Otherside, this time on its official Twitter account.
The trailer doesn’t clearly state what the Otherside project is, but it is anticipated that Otherside will focus on “culture, gaming and commerce”. However, Yuga Labs was said to be working on a game-centric virtual world compatible with different popular NFT types.
Yuga Labs shared the trailer with the following words;
“See you in April on the Otherside. Powered by @apecoin.”
The published trailer includes examples of NFT collections such as Mutant Apes, CryptoPunks and Meebits. It is at the center of an IP purchase agreement between Yuga Labs, the creators of CryptoPunks and Meebits, and Larva Labs.
On March 16, Animoca Brands subsidiary nWay shared that it is working on a new “play-to-win game” in collaboration with BAYC. It is not clear at the moment whether the trailer is related to the initiative in question.
According to CoinGecko data, ApeCoin is trading at around $13.28 at the time of writing.
