Bored Ape Yacht Club Team Warns About Discord Attack

The team of Bored Ape Yacht Club, one of the popular NFT collections of the NFT world, is on their official Twitter account. He warned his users with a statement he made. In the statement, it was stated that a security vulnerability has been detected in Discord, and no airdrop has been carried out at this time.

Bored Ape Yacht Club team used the following statements regarding the hack situation:

“STAY SAFE. Do not print anything from any Discord right now. A webhook on our Discord was briefly compromised. We got it right away but please know: We don’t do any April Fools secret mints/airdrops etc. Other Discords are currently being attacked as well.”

According to security firm PeckShield, the attack was done as a “secret NFT mint” and was used to steal the Mutant Ape Yacht Club #8662 from a user.
