Asia’s popular crypto project Conflux and LayerZero have partnered to develop a blockchain-based SIM card.

Conflux, which left its mark on an era and is one of the pioneers of the Asian trend, has established a partnership with LayerZero. The collaboration will focus on developing blockchain-based SIM card (BSIM).

In the past, BSIM was presented as a project developed by Conflux and China Telecom. LayerZero was also included in the project work.

Strong partnership for blockchain-based SIM card!

Work for the blockchain-based SIM card (BSIM) continues at full speed in Asia. Another name was involved in the work carried out in cooperation with Conflux and China Telecom. LayerZero will provide support for BSIM such as asset transfer and messaging transfer.

Conflux, one of the blockchain projects that sparked the Asian craze in the past, managed to attract intense attention. Conflux’s official token, CFX, gained more than 10 times in value. Although Conflux made a move for BSIM, it chose Hong Kong as the pilot region because the atmosphere in China had not yet softened.

While the BSIM pilot launch was awaited, the weakness on the Conflux side came to the fore. As a matter of fact, there was a sharp decrease in the number of users using the Conflux network. The collaboration with LayerZero aims to increase activity and attract attention to the project.

LayerZero Labs CEO Bryan Pellegrino stated that with the Conflux and LayerZero integration, another partner is China Telecom and BSIM aims to reach 390 million users.
