BitKeep Wallet announced that it has reached 10 million users thanks to the Arbitrum airdrop campaign.

The platform stated that it added more than 560,000 new users in March. BitKeep Wallet, a decentralized and multi-chain digital wallet solution, announced that it has surpassed 10 million users as of April. The platform added more than 560,000 users in March alone, following its tremendous growth in recent months.

BitKeep Announces New Features

BitKeep’s Arbitrum campaign assisted in the successful launch of ARBK.

This local entity recorded 708,800 on-chain transactions and was airdropped to over 100,000 users who participated in campaign-related tasks and events. During the campaign period, ARBK was allowed to be exchanged for ARB, the official crypto asset of the Arbitrum chain. In this process, BitKeep ranked first in the popularity chart of the Arbitrum ecosystem with 150,000 token holder addresses and 330,000 interaction volumes.

After these developments, BitKeep’s cryptocurrency derivatives exchange Bitget invested $30 million in the platform. As a result of this investment, BitKeep announced that it will be rebranded as Bitget Wallet. However, it will continue to function as an operationally and structurally independent project.

BitKeep will continue to build its ecosystem and independent tokenomics while protecting the rights and interests of existing BitKeepers and BKB holders during the transition.

According to the announcement sent by BitKeep to Cointelegraph, the project plans to continue expanding the Swap functionality by introducing new cross-chain support for Optimism and Conflux Space, as well as decentralized aggregation support from Swappi, Camelot and WOO Network.

In addition to all these, the project aims to expand its product range with plans for MPC (multi-party computing) and AA (account abstraction). The company also shared that it is developing functions related to Web3 DID (decentralized identity) and growing support for the zk-Rollup ecosystem.
