Offering a decentralized (DeFi) finance ecosystem opportunities for users on the BTC blockchain, Mintlayer stated that applications for the grant initiative are now accepted. According to the statement released by Mintlayer as of today, the grants are specifically expressed in ML tokens and have been reported to be approximately $4 million throughout the publication date. The purpose of the grant initiative is to promote the growth of the Mintlayer ecosystem by financing the creation of useful tools and materials.
