Experienced trader Peter Brandt said that Bitcoin (BTC) investors should not expect a rapid rise, but instead think long-term.
Brandt, in a statement on Twitter, is of the opinion that the correction in Bitcoin price may take a long time despite the statements of analysts
“Bitcoin investors are doing a great disservice with their constant ‘to the moon’ rhetoric. Fixes can take a long time. The message should be long-term durability, not constant hype”
MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor offered a similar view to Brandt.
“Bitcoin is a marathon, not a sprint”
Brandt thinks the hype will wear down investors.
“I’m just saying that all this hype is going to wear down people’s patience in the long run. Rather than exaggerate, we should warn people not to expect overnight gains”
