The fight by the US regulatory agency SEC has made crypto exchanges nervous. The SEC sued Binance and Coinbase as if they were intimidating. These lawsuits also paved the way for the records and money flows of crypto companies to come to light.
The Reddit community scoured Binance’s UK office. Discovering the registered address from the maps, the community saw that the place that Binance showed as an office was a single-storey warehouse. Binance shares this warehouse-like building with 2,619 companies.
Binance Is Installing A Front In The UK!
Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange and generating millions of dollars in revenues, showed it as a front office company in the UK.
This front office has been the choice of thousands of companies besides Binance. 2,619 companies cited this warehouse-like structure as the registered place of their company.
Binance, which canceled its license in the UK, came up with a front office. The community began to wonder about the status of registered offices in other countries.
The Reddit community made fun of this situation. Imitating the 4 posts of Binance CEO CZ, which is often repeated, the community ridiculed the status of the office.
This address, preferred by Binance, appears to belong to OfficeServ in the UK. OfficeServ defines an address for companies that plan to open an office abroad in the UK.
This front office issue is not unique to Binance. Apple has made a similar move before. The company, which quietly developed Vision Pro, had registered a similar front address during the patent process.
