According to a news report by CNBC on Thursday, Forbes, one of the world-famous magazines, received a strategic investment of $200 million from Binance. With this investment, Binance, the world’s largest crypto-asset trading platform led by CEO Changpeng Zhao, became one of the two largest investors of Forbes.
The news stated that the funds in question will be used in the planning of a merger that Forbes is expected to take place in the first quarter. It was also stated that Binance will take two out of a total of nine board seats.
