Binance adds two new trading pairs
The stock market recently announced that new trading pairs will be added to the stock market. According to the statement, Golem (GLM) / Binance USD (BUSD) and ssv.network (SSV) / Binance USD (BUSD) pairs will be traded on August 19, 2022, at 11 pm. BUSD is Binance’s US dollar-pegged cryptocurrency. That is, the value of the cryptocurrency is fixed at $1. These cryptocurrencies are called stablecoins.
OM Locked Staking begins
In another announcement of the exchange, it was stated that Binance Staking has launched OM Locked Staking. Users will use staking from August 18, 2022, i.e. 14 today, to earn multiple rewards. It is worth noting that there is more than one promotion in this campaign. According to the first promotion, depositors and staking OMs can achieve an annualized rate of return (APR) of up to 48.67 percent. The promotion period was determined as 18-28 August. In this campaign, it is stated that the locked staking format is “first come, first served”. In addition, the reward calculation period will be from the first day the token is added to the stake pool until the end of the campaign period.
As for the second promotion, users who meet certain requirements during the promotion period (18-28 August) will be eligible to participate in this promotion. For this promotion, 500 users will be selected from all eligible participants and each will receive 300 OM tokens. The required items are as follows:
- Obtaining a net purchase amount of 4,200 OM or more
- Participating in 30, 60 or 120 days of OM Locked Staking
The third promotion will also take place on August 18-28. During this promotion period, the first 2,000 users who join Locked Staking for the first time and have a minimum of 2,600 OM subscribers on OM Locked Staking products will be eligible to share 150,000 OM rewards according to the reward structure below.
