Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) commented on “external forces” about the speculations that surfaced yesterday evening.
CZ, the boss of the Binance exchange, spent almost all of 2023 battling FUDs. CZ, who made statements after FTX’s bankruptcy last year, made a comment as “We are the biggest, they will attack us”. As of November 2022, the dark clouds over Binance do not pass.
Making statements about the latest FUD wave, CZ claimed that these spreading news were funded by another exchange. In addition, CZ argued that there are enough outside forces attacking Binance and that the industry should unite at this point.
Binance CEO CZ Talks About FUDs
In the past day’s FUD wave and the accompanying crypto crash, Binance was again pointed by target arrows. In the emerging news, allegations were made that Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) was sought by a red notice.
Immediately after these news broke, CZ made various statements via Twitter. In the evening, when the news had not yet spread in the press, a “4” share came from CZ. After this sharing, the FUD wave about Binance started to come.
The post from CZ this morning claimed that the latest FUDs were spread by crypto news outlets. The Binance boss stated that this news feed is funded by other exchanges and that it seems very small.
The latest Fud was only spread by crypto news outlets and KOLs, likely planted/sponsored by another exchange. Very petty. Hurts the industry and hurts themselves. There are enough external forces attacking us. Our industry needs to unite at this juncture.
