The world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, has made several important announcements regarding trading pairs, tick sizes, and ETH Staking withdrawal requests. Binance adds new trading pair
From May 12, Binance will enable trading for two new trading pairs, CVC/USDT and WBETH/ETH. In addition, within 48 hours of the trading start time, Binance Spot Grid will become active for trading pairs CVC/USDT and WBETH/ETH. WBETH is a new liquid staking asset representing 1 ETH, staking rewards. This new asset allows users to participate in DeFi projects outside of Binance and continue to receive ETH Staking rewards.
Setting tick size of some assets
On the other hand, in order to increase market liquidity and improve the trading experience, Binance will complete the tick size adjustments of certain spot trading pairs by May 18. Tick size refers to the minimum change in the unit price of a trading pair. You can see 20 trading pairs with varying tick size in the table below

Processing time reduced to 5 days for ETH staking requests
Binance has also reduced the processing time for ETH Staking withdrawal requests from 15 days to 5 days. This decision was taken after feedback from the community and may vary depending on the total amount of ETH withdrawals requested by the participants and the Ethereum network. Binance will actively work to further shorten the processing time of ETH Staking withdrawal requests to better meet users’ needs. Users cannot cancel ETH withdrawal requests after submitting them, and BETH tokens locked in pending ETH withdrawal requests do not generate any ETH Staking rewards.
New event announcement for Liquidity Farming
Binance has also launched a new event for its Liquidity Farming program. All users will receive WBTC Combo Rewards in addition to BNB Rewards and Pool Rewards while adding liquidity to WBTC/BTC and WBTC/ETH liquidity pools during the event period from May 11 to June 10. After the event period has ended, WBTC Combo Rewards will no longer be available.
Binance completes CFX mainnet integration
Finally, Binance completed the integration of the Conflux Network (CFX) mainnet, allowing deposits and withdrawals of CFX tokens. This new integration will increase the number of tokens available on Binance and give users more opportunities to trade.
