Twitter CEO Elon Musk’s face cannot smile because of the Twitter Blue subscription service he offers for $ 8. Blue has not received the expected attention since its launch late last year. Multiple users whose profiles have Twitter Blue verification marks said they haven’t paid for Twitter Blue in weeks or even months, according to interviews by Gizmodo. A Twitter user named “THE Cumshot Gamer” shared a video of their account showing the Twitter Blue section. This page was asking them to subscribe to Twitter Blue. The public profile shows a blue checkmark with a popup that says “This account has been verified as a subscriber to Twitter Blue”.
It is not yet clear how common this error is. The lack of a public relations department following Twitter’s massive layoffs also makes it difficult to get any explanation.
